Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy covers professional consultations offered by Apigateway Grid: retainers, regime briefings, and event-risk sessions. It does not cover products, physical goods, or software subscriptions, which we do not sell.

Eligibility

Refunds apply to fees paid directly to Apigateway Grid under a written engagement or invoice. Website form submissions do not charge payment; no refund arises from an unsubmitted or unsuccessful form.

Timeframe

• Regime Briefings and Event-Risk Sessions: Full refund if cancelled in writing at least five business days before the scheduled session. Fifty percent refund if cancelled between five and two business days before. No refund within two business days of the session, except where we cancel.
• Retainers: Monthly fees already invoiced for a commenced month are non-refundable. If you terminate after the minimum term with thirty days’ written notice, unused prepaid months beyond the notice period may be refunded pro rata.

Full vs partial refunds

Full refunds apply when we cancel a session and cannot offer a suitable alternative within ten business days, or when you cancel outside the windows above that still qualify for 100%. Partial refunds follow the percentages stated for late cancellations of single sessions.

Non-refundable items

• Setup fees once book walkthrough work has begun
• Work already delivered (issued weekly notes, completed briefings, completed scenario packs)
• Third-party costs incurred at your request (for example, approved travel booked for an on-site session)

Process

Email [email protected] with your invoice number, engagement name, and reason. We confirm eligibility within five business days.

Processing time and method

Approved refunds are returned via the original payment method within fourteen business days of approval. Bank processing times may add further delay outside our control.

Rescheduling

Single sessions may be rescheduled once without penalty if notice arrives at least three business days prior. Further reschedules may be treated as cancellations under the table above.

Deposits and no-shows

Deposits securing a briefing date are applied to the final invoice. Failure to attend without notice is treated as a cancellation within two business days (no refund). Retainer clients who miss a scheduled debrief may request one replacement slot in the same month, subject to capacity.

Work already started

If preparation for a briefing or event session is substantially complete when you cancel inside the partial-refund window, we may retain the non-refundable portion corresponding to prep already performed, consistent with the percentages above.

Exceptions

Force majeure events (severe market closure days affecting both parties, or documented emergencies) are handled case by case in good faith. Statutory rights under Thai law that cannot be waived remain available.
