Briefings Calendar
How scheduled volatility briefings and event-risk sessions are organised through the month.
Briefings are human sessions, not a public webinar series. Capacity is reserved for clients with live books. Use this page to understand the monthly rhythm, then request a slot.
Monthly rhythm
Week 1 — Regime orientation
Fresh Volatility Regime Briefings are usually scheduled early in the month, when desks reset risk limits and want a clean read of implied versus realised levels.
Week 2 — Retainer deep work
Retainer clients receive their densest written notes and optional Silom walkthroughs. New retainers typically kick off in this window.
Week 3 — Event preparation
Event-Risk Scenario Sessions cluster ahead of known policy decisions, earnings weeks, and domestic calendar prints.
Week 4 — Review and carry-over
We close open questions from earlier sessions and confirm monitoring lists for the following month.
Booking notes
- Half-day briefings need five business days’ notice for proper prep.
- Event-risk sessions should be requested at least seven days before the print when possible.
- Retainer kickoffs require a completed book walkthrough before the first Monday note.
